    Hope everyone is doing well.

    I'm writing my WEM certification exam next week and wanted to find out if you perhaps have any recommendations or suggestions for me?

    In my preparation for the exam I have used the following documentation and methods to study.

    1. WEM - Workforce Management - Self-Study
    2. Genesys Cloud: Workforce Management Study Guide
    3. Practice exam on webassessor

    Any suggestions are welcome.

    In addition, if you have an Education license, you could also explore some of the Workforce Management eLearning and Webinar courses within the System Administrator and Supervisor Learning Paths as quick refreshers.
