    Hi Samuel,

These are the main topics covered in the exam that I recommend focusing on:

    • QM - Quality Evaluation

    • QM - Quality Management Policies

    • QM - Interaction Evaluations

    • QM - Evaluation Forms

    • QM - Evaluation Scoring

    • QM - Calibration

    • Contact Center Administration

If you feel comfortable across these topics, you'll likely do well on the exam.

One area I recommend paying extra attention to is evaluation forms, especially how question weighting works - adjusting the weight of questions so more relevant ones impact the final score more. That's something I didn't fully know before studying and it does appear on the exam.

Hands-on practice in a test org also helps a lot.

    Good luck 👍

Congratulation John, for the achievement with the GCP. GCP is on my list, but as my first experience with Genesys Certification Exams I decidec to go for the WEM as this seems to be less material to prepare, etc.

    Warm Regards.

    Hi Samuel ,

I recently prepared for the WEM QA certification, and my biggest recommendation is to focus on hands-on practice in Genesys Cloud rather than relying solely on the course material.

Here are a few areas I'd reinforce before taking the exam:

    • Evaluation Forms and Question Groups
    • Scoring Methods and Critical Questions
    • Evaluator Roles, Permissions, and Access Control
    • Assignment Rules and Calibration Sessions
    • Quality Management Workflows and Best Practices
    • Agent Coaching, Feedback, and Performance Improvement Processes
    • Reporting and Analytics related to Quality Evaluation

I also recommend reviewing the Genesys Help Center documentation for each topic, as it often provides additional details and real-world configuration examples that are helpful for exam questions.

One tip that helped me significantly was to make full use of the Genesys free practice exam. Don't just use it to check your score. Review every question carefully, especially the ones you miss, and understand why the correct answer is right. The practice exam does a great job of highlighting the level of detail and the types of scenarios you may encounter on the actual exam.

If possible, spend time creating evaluation forms, configuring evaluations, running calibrations, and reviewing quality reports in a sandbox or demo environment. The exam tends to be much easier when you can relate the questions to something you've configured yourself.

    My formula for success was:

Official Training + Genesys Help Documentation + Hands-on Configuration + Practice Exams

That combination helped me much more than simply memorizing slides.

Good luck with your exam in three weeks! You've got plenty of time to reinforce the key concepts and do some hands-on practice before test day.

    Thanks,
