Genesys Cloud - Main

First - I didn't see any sort of WFM or WEM topic to select. Am I completely missing it or perhaps blind?  This very well could be a "me" issue. ;-) 

Second, and most importantly - Word on the street is that there are a huge slate of new features coming to Genesys Cloud WFM.  This is fantastic news.  But for features like multi-week forecasting and multi-week scheduling (and others), are any of these features going to be able to be used in PureConnect?

With the AI forecasting and scheduling features able to be used in PureConnect (2019 R2 and 2019 R3 respectively), the connectivity is there for these types of features.  Can/will that same connectivity allow the new features within Genesys Cloud to also be leveraged in PureConnect?

These new features are for Genesys Cloud only, meaning we won't be offering them on other platforms at this time, but stay tuned as we will have further announcements on this topic later this year.
