There is no current capability for this. We have tentative plans to start building a time off planning feature later this year where this will be possible. From a high-level the time off planning feature will have:
- Ability to create, edit, and view time off plans
- Ability for agents to see accrual and allotment information
- Ability for automatic review of time off requests

so if an agent has 25 days holidays where in PureCloud can this be set .?
