    I am working with Genesys Support on an issue with scheduling in Genesys Cloud CX.  The Technical Support Engineer said we should enable the "Improved coverage smoothness Beta", or "Scheduling Smoothing". They were not sure of the exact name of the Beta.  I am trying to find out about this Beta which does not seem to be listed in Beta HQ. If one exists, how do we sign up?  Thanks.

    Hi Martin, 
    if you could either send me your case details or ask your Support contact to escalate this we can add the customer to the list and have the Development team running the beta turn on this feature for their Org.
