  • 1.  WFM - Cancellation of holidays

    How to get a cancellation of a holiday(which agent has applied for) to come into effect on the schedule?

    We can sync changes for approved/denied but no option for when someone cancels a holiday?

    Does this need to be done manually?

    If the time off request has been approved and either scheduled or automatically applied to the schedule, then cancelations must be manually removed and some set of activities added in its place.
