  • 1.  WFM Error Messages

    What are the following WFM Error Messages ?

    Warning - Missing permission  "Workforce Management > Agent Schedule > Utilize Load Based". If this was changed in the past 4 hours, press Sync Changes on the Agents List page.

     
    Warning - There is no work available on Tuesday, 5/23/2023, Friday, 5/26/2023, Monday, 5/22/2023, Wednesday, 5/24/2023, Thursday, 5/25/2023.

    Information - Agent is not in a work plan.  

     Information - Agent is not configured to handle any work.



    Could the following be due to the agents not using Genesys to book leave or something else ?.

    Information - Could not schedule required workday on Thursday, 5/25/2023, Tuesday, 5/23/2023 due to full-day time off request.

    Information - Could not schedule required minimum weekly work days on the week(s) starting on Saturday, 5/20/2023 due to full-day time off request.
    Information - Could not schedule required maximum weekly paid time on the week(s) starting on Saturday, 5/20/2023 due to paid time off request.

    Sorry, I did not get this earlier.  

    These are information messages just letting you know that the scheduler will be completing the schedule, but there will be some problems with it like not being able to schedule someone due to a time off request, overage on weekly word days, 

    None of these will keep you from producing a schedule, but you do need to address the Warning issues.  You should have details with each to help you fix them.

    Warning - Missing permission  "Workforce Management > Agent Schedule > Utilize Load Based". If this was changed in the past 4 hours, press Sync Changes on the Agents List page.

    RWC - Hit Sync Changes in the Agents Screen then reschedule. 
     
    Warning - There is no work available on Tuesday, 5/23/2023, Friday, 5/26/2023, Monday, 5/22/2023, Wednesday, 5/24/2023, Thursday, 5/25/2023.
    RWC - For some reason, those days don't have conversations in the forecast for these days.

    Information - Agent is not in a work plan.  
    RWC - make sure that agent is assigned to a work plan.

     Information - Agent is not configured to handle any work.

    RWC - That Agent is not part of a planning group or does not have any queues assigned.
