Hi everyone, 

As you know, Genesys forecasts include an extra day (the following Monday) for continuity purposes. We're using the 'Change daily values ​​distributions' option/modification to modify our forecasts, but this option doesn't allow us to modify the last day included in Genesys Cloud. Does anyone know why this doesn't apply to this last day? (screenshot attached).

This forces us to use a different method to make adjustments for this day, and somehow this is causing some unrecognized effects, such as calculating required staff with an extraordinary value for this day when the interaction volume value is 0.

Does anyone know what is the best way to modify this day when using 'Change daily values distributions'?

We investigated the issue but were unable to reproduce it. It is expected behavior that the last day of the forecast can be selected and modified.
If you are still experiencing this limitation, please report it to Genesys Cloud Support so we can gather additional information and further assess your specific scenario.
