  • 1.  WFM not gathering all data

    Hi,

    This is a little confusing for me. will try my best to explain, 

    1. We using Calabrio WFH, I assume its Teleopti WFM integration.(3rd party)
    2. We have 10 divisions of which 8 are reporting just fine(all real time data for agents in the 8 divisions)

    The issue is 3rd party company is saying we not sending data for the missing 2 LOBS and my argument is the data is being logged and 3rd party is not fetching it. 

    SO...

    I don't think there's a magic button that i need to click to provide data for the problematic divisions? 

    How do i prove to 3rd part that they are not subscribing/pulling the data 

    PS i can see agent activity summary report (this suggests to me data is being created

    Hi David,

    You need to check if the 3rd party client has access to all the divisions.

    Go to Admin > Integrations > OAuth, and have a look at the roles tab of the 3rd party client.

    The reason why they don't get any data could be because they don't have access to all the divisions.
    Please be careful with changes in this area of product. It can break your integrations.
