This is about "Shift Start and Paid Duration" variance type when you select the "Maximum Shift Start Time Variance" check box during configuring a work plan of Workforce Management.
Could anyone tell me how does the "shift start and paid duration" type impact or effect when making a load-based schedule?
I'm asking that because I haven't been able to find any answer or even a clue for the question above even after I have searched every possible knowledge bases I can think of for it.
