    My advice would be:
     
    ✅ Thoroughly understand the certification's objective and the exam content
    ✅ Explore the official documentation and available training materials
    ✅ Create a study plan with weekly goals
    ✅ Practice the concepts in lab environments or through day-to-day projects
    ✅ Engage with the community to share experiences and ask questions

    I'm currently preparing for my first Genesys Cloud Developer Certification, so this advice is extremely valuable to me.

    I especially appreciate the points about creating a structured study plan and practicing the concepts in a lab environment. I've been studying the official documentation, working with APIs and OAuth, and trying to get as much hands-on experience as possible in a Developer Organization.

    I also completely agree that engaging with the community makes a huge difference. Reading other people's experiences helps me understand which topics deserve extra attention and how to approach the exam more confidently.

    Thank you again for taking the time to share your recommendations. They are very helpful for beginners like me who are starting their certification journey! 😊
