    Hi,

If anyone know what are Genesys Cloud's IP addresses and ports required to be whitelisted for my 3rd party web service integration?

My integration setup will only involve:

Architect's call flow will invoke Genesys's Web Service Data Action, then integrate with the 3rd party Web Service API to pass and get information, by either using GET or POST method.

I did some study, but need someone to confirm for me in case the integration is blocked somehow.

    1. REST API (ip & ports) (referred to https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/cidr-ip-address-range-for-cloud-media-services/)

    IPs : 164.152.64.0/22 169.150.110.0/24 and 169.150.111.0/24

    Port: tcp/443

    1. All the CIDR's ip addresses listed under API services that I get when I run the

    https://developer.genesys.cloud/organization/utilities-apis#get-api-v2-ipranges

Hope someone can advice me ASAP.

    Regards,

    Johnson

    Hi,

This is urgent. Can someone confirm this for me? Or route me to the right person to chat to?

    Thank you so much

Johnson; here is the full list documentation. Note that AWS JSON file is a gigantic list of IP address ranges but is probably what you want. https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/ip-addresses-for-the-firewall-allowlist/

Also note that the media services are only related to media processing, like real-time audio streams, etc. so probably not applicable for your application.

    Good luck!

    Tad.
