Hi,

When selecting new report ( for example: Agent Activity Summary) and try to customize parameters before generate the report, in the users field, and when we click "advanced", I can show users by many filters like "Reports to"

I want to know, what does means "Report to" filter ? and in which case we use it ?

Hi Mostafa,

"Report to" filter allow you to select people that report to someone (his manager) has it appears in the 'Relationships' section of the agent profile.
You choose from one to many managers and the subordinates are automatically added to the list of selected users.

Yes correct, I can see now what does mean, so we can assign agents to their Supervisor or Manager in the relationship section
