Hi Paul,
As Anton states, Genesys has a blueprint that shows you how you can build your own connector to import and sync knowledge into Genesys Cloud to be used to power the Genesys AI features. If you need some help to build that connector then please reach out to your Genesys account team and ask them to setup a Genesys Professional Services discussion and potentially an engagement. We in Genesys Professional Services create knowledge connectors to various knowledge platforms, and can even do web site scraping of knowledge.
I hope that helps.

Hi Paul,
There is an option for third party knowledge integrations, but requires a bit of dev, I haven't gone down the path of implementing this myself, but remember reading up on it, here is some links to get you started:

AppFoundry search is kind of a dumpster fire and just...doesn't work accurately when searching. So I'm just asking it here. What integrations are possible to automate the ingestion/sync of KB content into Genesys Knowledge?
I know Salesforce and ServiceNow as supported, but can't find info on anything else. Ideally, we'd like to be able to have something scrape our existing public KB, which is powered by something else.
