    Hi Community,

    I read this: The contacts per organization limit is five million. You cannot add, import, or append new contacts if the total number of contacts in the organization exceeds that limit. Delete old or obsolete contacts as needed and then add, import, or append the new contacts.

    What is the maximum number of contacts that I can put in a single contact list?

    Hi Sergio, 
    The limit of records in a single contact list is the same as the limit for the entire organization -- 5 million. However, it is highly recommended to have fewer than 1 million records in any one contact list for performance reasons.
