In the ACW settings when creating/updating a queue, what is the difference between MANDATORY TIMEOUT and MANDATORY FORCED_TIMEOUT?
Does MandatoryTimeout map to "Mandatory, Time-boxed" and MandatoryForced_Timeout map to "Mandatory, Time-boxed no early exit" or vice versa? as defined here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/configure-call-work-settings/

MANDATORY TIMEOUT and MANDATORY FORCED_TIMEOUT are values set via the API when creating queues, not sure where the question belongs in this case.

Sorry, you didn't mention any APIs and linked to product docs; didn't realize it was an API question.
- Optional > OPTIONAL
- Mandatory, Discretionary > MANDATORY
