    Hi, quick question, what is the email formats recieved by the Genesys Cloud status Email subscription ? I am asking this because client wants no know if there is a pattern that aways repeats in the emails so that he can trigger an alarm in his monitoring system.

    I think the all come from noreply@statuspage.io

    They will usually have an incident ID in them.  

    They will have one of the following:  Investigating, Identified, Monitoring, Resolved, Postmortem, Scheduled, In Progress, Verifying, or Completed

    They should have one of the following:  None (black), Minor (yellow), Major (orange), or Critical (red)
