  • 1.  What is the purpose of a phone trunk?

    I read the articles here About trunks - Genesys Cloud Resource Center and it doesn't really explain what is the purpose of a phone trunk. Is it mainly for SIP and WebRTC phones to communicate?

    Is there more detailed documentation on this?
