    What license do I need to View Interaction History on External Contacts?

    If you look at the link below it says prerequisites PureCloud 3 license ( for surveys)

    Does this mean you need PureCloud 3 license to view the interaction history of a survey or do you need PureCloud 3 license to view interaction history of external contacts .?
