    Is there a report that shows the service level for the week?  I have only been able to find this for the day.

    Hi Cindy,

     

    Yes, there is. The Queue Metrics Daily report (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/queue-metrics-daily-report/) and the Queue Metrics Summary report (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/queue-metrics-summary-report/) both include weekly totals.
