    Wow...blast from the past.

    Setting up pools of extensions by region within a large organization is kinda difficult. WFM is complicated. Thee are so many more features now, this question is much harder to answer.

    Hi,
    I know I wasn't asked specifically, but I'll weigh in anyway!

    • Debugging complex flows (see this idea)
    • Setting up Data Actions with output maps
    • Dealing with the fact that stuff keeps moving around (just when you think you know where to go....!)
    • Figuring out why basic features appear to be missing when Genesys is releasing so many cool, but advanced, ones.

    Just my 10 cents.

    You always have lots of good ideas :-)

    You tagged the Idea for one of the above...can you do the same for the others? Meaning, match (or create) some applicable Ideas that go along with your bullet points.

    Thanks, George - you taught me well!

    I'm not sure that the other three bullet points really translate into ideas per-se - they are more pitfalls, or things that Genesys needs to consider overall. Unless you can think of a way to add them? 🤷‍♂️
