After posting this I have received a new invite for the webinar, however it says it starts at 12:00 PM EST, which is an hour later than the normal starting time and a different starting time that on their website.

I'm sorry, you're having problems with the What's Next webinar registration.
We change 3 months ago the time of the webinars to adjust to different calendars.
The event is scheduled to happen at 12 PM ET, 11:00 AM CT or 9:00 AM PT depending on where you're located.

The Recording of the WEM What's Next Webinars is available the day after the event in our library in the folder Webinar links, so you and your team can see it if you're not able to assist to the live session.

In Addition, the event post in the WEM community redirects to the Registration page and you will receive 3 emails the registration confirmation, 1-week alert, and 1-hour alert, each email has the Ics link so you can add the webinar to your calendar.

Thanks Natalia. Can you help me by telling me where this menu is? I am unable to find it in Genesys Knowledge Network, Genesys Community or Genesys Beyond. I can rarely make the scheduled sessions, and would love to be able to review the next day. Thanks lots, Heather

I have had the same issue so have missed the last two months. When I go to register, it also acts like I am not an existing customer. Yesterday, I had to register 3 different times. The invite had an hour earlier time listed than what the link said. I think the invite/website probably needs to be updated. I prefer to watch in real time because often I might have questions. I plan to watch the replay today.
