You can now make the changes, then I will provide the steps I followed to leave the solution in the forum.
- Send an email to the account "GenesysCloudWhatsAppRequests@genesys.com" with the following information.
- Indicate Organization ID and Region.
- Attach the form "WhatsApp-Messaging-Onboarding-Application.docx" downloaded from the page "https://help .mypurecloud.com/articles/configure-acd-messaging-for-whatsapp/", considering updating the form with the changes requested.

With this, Genesys will respond to the changes made.
We must consider there is a restriction that only allows profile changes such as Name, Information to be displayed and Photo, it cannot be attached to the profile, files or documents (as in other WhatsApp Business accounts).
With this up-to-date information, you could close the case by making the information available to others.

I need to change WhatsApp Business profile data and add a brochure for a client that I have integrated with Genesys.
Previously, an email was sent to the account "GenesysCloudWhatsAppRequests@genesys.com" but it seems to be down as I got a "could not be delivered to this recipient".
Do you know what the current procedure is for this requirement?
