Hi, I'm trying to create a digital Chatbot using Genesys Cloud, so I need a way to know how to show the main menu option as a button, as shown in the picture. Please, I need to know how I can show the options and the button exactly like the picture. Thanks.

Hi Nagham, your question is a bit generic, can you give more details? Did you try to use Genesys Cloud Architect - Digital Bot Flows for this?

Hi Mostafa, I used digital Bot Flow, and then I used a digital menu. I have put the buttons, but WhatsApp has limitations in that it can't show more than 3 buttons, so I went with slots instead of a digital menu, but I still need to show the main menu option as a button like in the picture.

Yes, this is a limitation from WhatsApp then you will not be able to handle it.

@mostafaawad I know that WhatsApp has limitations. As shown in the picture, this ChatBot was created by Genesys with an unknown partner, so that means that there is a way to show my list and my main menu option as a button, as you can see, and this is what I'm asking about.

@Nagham5 if your menu has 7 options and what is available is only 3 what should happen with the rest of the options?
