I have searched around the internet and across these discussion forums but cannot find a definitive answer, so I am led to believe it's not possible.
I would just like a final confirmation.
Is it possible to perform WhatsApp group conversation within Genesys Cloud CX?
Group conversations with multiple recipients are available for WhatsApp business but Genesys cloud looks to only support one-to-one.
Would this be a feature that could be implement if not?
