I would like to know if whatsapp supports images on Cloud. 

If yes witch file types is supported.

For whatsapp and other digital messaging interactions in the Genesys Cloud UI, the fully supported file types are "image/png", "image/jpeg", "image/gif" today. However this will soon change with an attachment supported content feature for digital messaging. This feature will allow admins to choose from a vast array of file types they want to allow inbound and outbound per messaging integration. Please keep an eye out in the coming weeks for an announcement on this new feature.
