  • 1.  WhatsApp integration through embedded sign up flow issue at the very last step, getting a blank screen

    We are doing platform integration WhatsApp messenger through embedded sign up flow to our prod Genesys org, but we are getting an error at the very last step where we just get a blank screen during the handoff from Meta back to Genesys. 

    So, we select the WABA, enter the number, verify it with OTP, provide page permissions to genesys cloud, everything goes smoothly. Now we are supposed to click on finish and it is where that Meta is supposed to handoff to Genesys and then we will create the integration by entering the number, name and PIN. But as soon as we click on finish, we just get pop-up with blank screen and the URL of this blank pop-up page has facebook.com/dialog/oauth/business/cancel/ in the path. Not sure why it's happening, whether it's something Meta related or we are doing something wrong.

    We tried by creating a new WABA in our meta business manager account and by also using an already existing WABA which already has a successfully connected number to our non-prod org, but we get the same outcome each time. Every time we try by creating a new WABA, the WABA gets created successfully but the number added during sign up shows in pending state.

    Hello Mainak,

    I would recommend raising a case the Genesys Product Support and capturing Network and Console logs starting before you encounter the issue, Product Support will be able to check the logs and what we are receiving on the back end.

    Yeah already did that. While we are waiting to hear from support, just wanted to post here and see if anyone in the community has faced similar issues before and get some insights, that's all.
