I am try to using this API => (https://developer.genesys.cloud/routing/conversations/conversations-apis#post-api-v2-conversations-messages-agentless), but always failed
Is it that API can use for Whatsapp outbound

Hello,
indeed this is the API to use but you need some pre requisite like having a whastApp integration and WhatsApp template message configured.
If it's the case, could you send your Data action config ? We use a lot this API in our use cases.

Yes we have whatsapp integration , but no whatsapp template ,
I am just testing using genesys api explorer Is it whatsapp template mandatory for this ?

Can you provide some details please? What HTTP response code are you getting? What's the payload in the response body?

You have to have a WhatsApp template on your account, this is mandatory and set by Meta this way. Our API rejects if it can't find it as the WhatsApp API would do that too.
