    Hello,

     I was curious how you develope and test a WhatsApp deployment? I have the requirement of implementing a language menu and service menu without using Bot Flow (customer doesn't want to consume AI tokens). The issue is that is not easy to develop a flow that needs to keep track where in the flow am I every time a new message comes in, for example skip customer recognition, language menu (if already selected).. etc. 
     most than this is that the status of each step I am currently storing in Participant Data since variables are reinitiated every time a new message comes in. For this I implemented a secret message that I am sending when starting a new test so I can "clean" all participant data.

    Is there a clever way to do this that I am missing?
