  • 1.  WhatsApp template submission

    With a previous platform I would submit the WhatsApp templates within the platform then would be able to see when WhatsApp had approved or rejected the template. I assume this was done via an API call to WhatsApp. 

    Any plans for Genesys to do this? Was a lot smoother than typing the templates in a doc, emailing to Genesys, awaiting a response and then adding the templates to Genesys.

    Currently the way you described is the only way to do this in GenCloud, described here. 

     

    I also took a look in our ideas portal and couldn't find any ideas mentioning this. I suggest making this an idea. Let me know when you make the idea and I can go in and vote for it as well.
