    Hi,

    Has anyone started using Whatsapp bulk send-outs?
    The question I can't seem to find an answer to so far is whether it is possible to set up variables in a whatsapp campaign? Meta allows for variables to be inserted into the template, but I'm not sure Genesys allows for an "upload" of variables and if yes, how (let's say I want to send out a bulk campaign with each customers name in the template).

    Hello Laura,

    I'm not aware of any way to accomplish this currently in Genesys Cloud. I did find this Idea that is currently marked as Future Consideration in the Product Ideas Lab. I would recommend voting and leaving a comment on that Idea. 
    I'm curious if anyone in the Community knows of any way to accomplish this.

    Dear All,

    I am looking to send whatsapp bulk outbound message using digital campaign and canned response what Meta Approved template.

    Need to set variable client name but no idea how to send it?

    Meta has Variable set as customer_name but where to set in genesys campaign or canned reponse.
