I hoped just to get some technical info in order to understand how it's going to work the new field within Genesys, if in one of the exsisting variables or not. Let's see.

WhatsApp Username support is already in the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab and is under Product Manager review. I would recommend voting on that idea so that you get updates as it progresses

just got an announcement from Meta regarding the option for customers and businesses to send a unique usernames in place of the phone number. Does anyone have already start to analyze this, or something is in roadmap from Genesys for changing a bit the built-in variable that will be managed within architect?
