All of my support team doesn't have DID's and they use the WebRTC phone. So the outgoing number is our general company phone number. When they call one person the call goes straight to voicemail and the person's phone doesn't ring. They say the number is not blocked.
Is there anything we can do on our end to resolve this other than assign DID's or change the main phone number? I assume the customer will need to contact their carrier, but I want to make sure I'm not overlooking anything.
