When creating a Purecloud quality evaluation form, by default it includes the Genesys logo at the top of the form. Can this be replaced by the customer logo?

    Hi Peter - Would you be able to attach a screen shot of the logo that's added when creating an evaluation form? We don't have any logo added in there so am not clear on where that would be coming from.

    Sorry. My description was incorrect. The logo is displayed on the Agent Quality Detail Report, not the evaluation form - apologies. Can the Report be produced with the customer logo instead of the Genesys Logo. Thanks
