  • 1.  When is the in-queue flow activated in the Queue>Voice setting?

    When you select a in-queue flow in the voice tab for Queues, what parameters sends the call to the in-queue flow selected or is this set in the Architect call flow?

    In the in-queue flow, you have this default information (select tab In-queuecall): https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/architect-default-variables/ and you can use the participant data available in the interaction.
