Hello George,
Based on the other thread that you opened, you may need to check the phone or network connection. It's unclear where the information is being lost but it sounds like some of the signaling may be blocked somewhere along the way. If you are able to replicate the issue, I would recommend gathering console and network logs and opening a case with Customer Care. They should be able to confirm if the call set up or tear down is being initiated properly.
