  • 1.  When using your cell phone as your purecloud phone, do you get a lot of disconnects?

    Users are reporting quite a few disconnects when they go to answer, anyone else?   anything I can do ?

    Hello Ramsey, 

    what's your phone configuration  Admin > Telephony > Phone ManagemenT > Phones > edit Phone ?

    Try to enable Persistent connection settings as below 
    Telephony Phone Management Phones Edit Phone

    Note that the persistent connection requires that a call stay connected to the cell phone throughout the shift, and the user must not disconnect using the phone itself--all call control has to be through the Client UI. So, the cell has to be dedicated to work use for that to work, and they need plenty of minutes on their plan (these days not usually a problem, but you do still have folks with a cap on minutes here and there).
