    Dear Genesys, to search for other alternatives, please could you give me an approximate date on which the sip softphone will be deprecated and when it will cease to be operational

    Hi Oliver. So far a date around the end of the year has been mentioned. This was about the support and updates of the Genesys SIP Softphone piece of software. Ending support does not mean it will suddenly stop working, but there would no longer be any fixes. SIP Softphones in general will continue to be supported.

    Please stay on the lookout, product management will soon be sending out more information about this topic.
