    i have a UK instance and i need to take MPLS to connect to UK instance. to which data center of the AWS shall i need to take the MPLS link to

    Your connection with Genesys Cloud will always be through the Internet. There are no private connection options (e.g., MPLS, VPN, etc.). The closest you can get to a more direct connection is through AWS Direct Connect. Please take a look at https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/aws-direct-connect-genesys-cloud-overview/

    This is for agents in India. So it has to be through mpls and using Amazon direct connect on public interface. Looking where I can terminate this mpls in aws for uk
