  • 1.  Where is Sept 26 DevCast Live Tutorial

    Where is this "DevCast LIVE Tutorial: Learn how to set up and execute a PureCloud Data Action before routing a call" for today, Sept 26?

    I registered, got the email, added the calendar item to my calendar, but there's no link to actual start or login to the Live tutorial. The link in the email keeps taking you back to a registration page. 

    Can you please post or send me a copy of the webinar.

    @Greg Beal did you try the Live Assistance link on that Registration page? I didn't, since I will just contact the presenter and see what I can get. Hopefully we'll be able to post a link to a recording. ​

    All, you will be able to access any DevCast tutorial by going to the Genesys Webinar page either at genesys.com->resources->events->webinars, or directly at https://www.genesys.com/webinars.  Scroll down the On-demand area of the page.  The webinars are currently categorized under "AppFoundry" filter, or you can easily search for "DevCast" and it will show all past DevCast webinars.

    Even if you are watching a previously recorded webinar you must "Register" and you will receive a link to watch the recording.  I know, I know, its a bit convoluted, but it is the way that the webinar system works.

    In the future, we plan to also post the DevCast webinars recordings on the developer portals, so watch for that.
