Hi,
This is expected behavior in Genesys Cloud.
About the "Test" button
That button is only available in Digital Bot Flows.
If you're working with other flow types (like voice/Architect), it won't appear.
About your license
Even though you have CX 2, the Test UI depends on digital capabilities.
You need:
- Digital enabled in your org (CX 2 Digital or add-on)
- Proper permissions
Without that, the Test button won't be visible.
Summary
- Test button = only for Digital Bot Flow
- Also requires digital license/features enabled

Hi everyone,
I hope you're all having a great day! ☀️
I'm currently building a small FAQ Bot and saw a "Test Button" in the Orchestrator e-learning (see screenshot). It looks like a real time-saver!
However, I can't seem to find this option in our environment (Genesys Cloud CX 2). Currently, I'm testing via the Developer Tools, but I'd love to use the integrated version instead.
Has this feature moved, or is there a trick to activate it? Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
