Which Certification is easy and which one is Tough?
Any Recommendation to start the Certification?

I don't think there's a "easiest" certification. It really depends on what you work with in Genesys Cloud every day.

If you're just getting started, I'd recommend beginning with the Genesys Cloud Certified Professional (GCP). It gives you a solid foundation of the platform and makes it easier to pursue more specialized certifications afterward.

From there, choose the certifications that best match your role and the areas you work with most, whether that's Architect, WEM, Workforce Management, AI, integrations, or administration.
