  • 1.  Which Client was used to handle an interaction

    Is there a way to see if an interaction was handled using the browser app, desktop app or mobile app?
    And while we're on the topic, is there a way to see which app a user is using for the current login session and/or previous login sessions?

    Not that I know of as far as what customers/partners can see. Hopefully someone can prove me wrong.
