HI,
I know limitation about ACD calls ad that's the reason why I transfer call to user before I put interaction into queue. I know that there is some "Mobile office" from IdealSystem, but I am looking for some OTTB solution without paying additional fee for this addon.

As you may know, queue calls cannot be sent to Communicate app users. I have tried with group calls as well - no way to display on Communicate. There is a mobile app for agents that can show queue name. There are ideas to vote on as well.
