  • 1.  Why aren't my calls recording

    No replies, thread closed.

    Policy is enabled, Match call interactions is on, Inbound and Outbound checked Agents added and checked, specific queues added and checked, Recording Retention checked, archive recording after 30 days checked. Trunk configuration is enabled. Recording Mgt is blank!

    Hello John,

     

    I think I see what's happening: 

     

    If you haven't already, look under Performance > Interactions and then click the row for an interaction. You should see a page like this: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/interaction-detail-page/ 

     

    Admin > Recording Management is actually for orphaned recordings (i.e. a situation where something went wrong and a recording wasn't properly processed by a policy) https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/view-orphaned-recordings/ Your recording managment is probably blank because you don't have any orphaned recordings. 

     

    Did that help or can you still not see any recordings?
