  • 1.  Widespread Reports of Genesys Performance Issues Today

    Is anyone aware of any platform issues with Genesys Cloud this morning? We're receiving reports from users across the one of our customer's ORGs that Genesys is freezing (Salesforce and Desktop App) and forcing users to Not Responding. Working to get more information now but wanted to see if anyone else has seen anything..

    I had the case in Edge where no queues were populating.  Tried many things, but finally a cache clearing fixed it.

    I use orgs in us-east-1 and sa-east-1. We don't had a problem here...

    Thank you to everyone who responded.

    The issue seems to have disappeared as suddenly as it appeared, so we may never know what actually caused it. Of course, if it happens again....
