When we try to use click to dial on RITM contacts we get this error "Call Error - a targeted destination address of a call cannot be found. As an example a specific station AoR was not found." This is using the call widget in ServiceNow. we are trying to call a contact from an RITM. Calling from incident contacts and incidents work fine. Any ideas what this might mean?

it was a phone number formatting issue and the number was incorrect. Can close this thanks.
