Hi David, Thank you for your response.
From your response "Next generation bill of materials have been published on the resource center here and, the current installer has the changes needed to accept the new hardware." I understand that customers can buy the next gen products and can be integrated with Genesys cloud without it being offically announced on Bill of materials currently supported product list. Thank you.

Subject: Will Genesys support new model of HPE devices-Customer hardware solution
Hi Robert,
The Customer Hardware Solution (aka Recipe) is the path forward where local Edge devices are necessary. Our hardware partner Arrow is positioned to provide the bare HPE hardware out of North America or customers can use their preferred regional HPE vendor. We're currently in the process of validating the next generation of HPE hardware that utilizes the latest and more readily available hardware. Genesys provides three years of support for any piece of hardware that is removed from the bill of materials due to an End of Life (EOL) situation.
Next generation bill of materials have been published on the resource center here and, the current installer has the changes needed to accept the new hardware.

@David Van Milligan, can you give a scoop on Local Edge devices? I know you have the Recipe out there, but what is the support for this and how are customers supposed to deal with HP updates and lack of availability? Is the local Edge dead?
