  • 1.  Will new triggers be added to the Genesys Cloud UI?

    Hello all,

    I really like the idea of triggers, and having triggers available through the UI has already proven very useful. It shortens development time and is more user-friendly than having to go through our own backend. The number of triggers available through the API is obviously much larger than through the UI at this time, but do we know if more triggers will be added to the UI over time?

    Best is to add ideas to the site for ones you think you need.  I have added several.  I agree that there should be more triggers or rather all of them.
