  • 1.  Windows 11 WebRTC Agent put in Not Responding

    No replies, thread closed.

    with Windows 11 rollout a hand full of agents are unable to answer calls and put in Not Responding.  I have deleted, re-added WebRTC on a few, that fixed one or it just self-corrected.  Auto Answer is in effect.

    I would open a case with Support. As what your experiencing is an unexpected behavior.

    There have been a couple of issues with some users and Windows 11 regarding media sessions not connecting sporadically over the past couple of years...nothing that affects everyone. Make sure Support raised the issue to Dev Support so the back end folks get a look at it, in case there is something new happening.
